About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
Art Box Experience is a multifunctional immersive space combining art, science and new technologies. The experience uses technologies such as 360° projections, spatial sound and lighting effects to create an immersive, multisensory experience.
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at Art Box Experience, Fabryka Norblina, ul. Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warsaw, on level +2 of the Plater building.
How can I reach the venue using public transportation?
Art Box Experience is located in the Norblin Factory in Warsaw's Wola district. The complex is situated between Łucka, Żelazna and Prosta streets, as well as on the line between the M2 Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego underground stations. This guarantees excellent access.
By public transport
Art Box Experience is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest bus and tram stops are Norblin, and the nearest metro stations are Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego, both on the M2 metro line. For current routes and timetables, please check the Warsaw Public Transport journey planner.

By car
Guests can use the underground car park at Fabryka Norblina, which has almost 500 spaces. The entrance is located on Prosta Street. To use the car park, it is worth downloading the app. Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience takes place indoors, at Art Box Experience inside Fabryka Norblina.
How long does the experience last?
A visit usually takes approximately 45–60 minutes, although visitors may stay longer, as Art Box Experience does not impose a time limit on the visit.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes. Art Box Experience has a café where visitors can purchase coffee and snacks.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Fabryka Norblina has an underground car park with almost 500 parking spaces. The entrance is from Prosta Street.
Will there be additional sessions?
We do not currently plan to add additional sessions. Art Box Experience is open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, offering a wide range of time slots, so you should easily be able to find a time that works for you.
Is there Virtual Reality?
Yes, the experience includes a Virtual Reality element.
Is there a dress code?
No, there is no dress code.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes. Art Box Experience has a shop offering merchandise and souvenirs related to the venue and its exhibitions.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased directly at the Art Box Experience reception.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email, no need to print off your ticket. I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Yes. Any changes to the date or time of your visit should be made through the website or platform of the ticket provider where you purchased your tickets.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes. Group bookings can be arranged directly with the Art Box Experience Education Department:

When making a booking, the group should provide its name, expected number of visitors and contact details of the group organiser.
About access to the event
Is there an age requirement?
Art Box Experience exhibitions are suitable for visitors of different ages, including children, teenagers and adults.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Tickets are sold for a specific time slot. Visitors should therefore arrive for their scheduled session. According to the general Art Box Experience rules, a visitor arriving at a different time may still be admitted, but guests holding tickets for the current time slot have priority and admission depends on availability.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, animals are allowed, including guide and assistance dogs. However, please note that the experience may include loud sounds and flashing lights. For the comfort and well-being of your pet, we do not recommend bringing a dog unless it is necessary.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Art Box Experience is fully adapted to the needs of visitors with disabilities, including elevator access throughout the venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
For safety reasons, dangerous items and substances, including weapons, sharp objects, explosives, flammable materials and chemicals, are not permitted. Oversized items such as large luggage, bicycles, scooters and skateboards are also prohibited. Food, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, cigarettes and e-cigarettes may not be brought into the exhibition area.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Visitors with disabilities are required to purchase a ticket according to the applicable price list. One accompanying carer or assistant may enter free of charge.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Many elements of the experience are visual and can be enjoyed by deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors without relying on sound. As the exhibition is strongly visual in nature, some parts may be less accessible to blind and visually impaired visitors.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience includes dynamic light and sound effects, including flashing lights. Visitors who are sensitive to flashing lights or who suffer from epilepsy or similar conditions should take this into consideration before visiting.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes. Seating is available in some areas of the exhibition. In the immersive room, you will find poufs and cushions where you can sit back, relax and fully enjoy the immersive experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes. Restrooms are available within the Fabryka Norblina building.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, you are welcome to take photos for personal use. Please do not use flash, tripods or professional photography or video equipment. Commercial photography and recording are not permitted. Visitors are encouraged to take photographs and share them on social media, tagging @artboxexperience.
Is there a Lost & Found?
If you have lost an item during your visit, please contact the Art Box Experience reception or our staff for assistance.
Is coat check available?
There is no supervised coat check available. Please keep your personal belongings with you, as Art Box Experience is not responsible for items left unattended.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, there will not be an audio guide available.
